Today we are excited to announce two new members of the growing ALLOX team!

Emilio Erazo-Fischer, PhD joins as Chief Business Officer to identify and pursue strategic partnerships and deals to advance the company's pipeline and technology. He brings a wealth of scientific and business experience as a neuroscientist, Operating Partner at Asabys Partners and former Director of Global BD&L at Boehringer Ingelheim. Emilio will be "building stimulating relationships with pharma and biotech to maximize the transformative potential of our technology".

Mireia Seuma, PhD, originally trained as a biochemist and biotechnologist joins ALLOX as Senior Scientist, bringing hybrid experimental/computational expertise to the lab team as well as extensive experience in high-throughput mutagenesis techniques. Having produced the first comprehensive atlas of mutation effects on amyloid nucleation at the Institute for Bioengineering of Catalonia (IBEC, Barcelona), she is now returning to Barcelona after a Postdoctoral Fellowship at Cambridge’s MRC Laboratory of Molecular Biology (UK). Mireia is "on a mission to innovate at ALLOX and scale up discovery of allosteric sites from tens to hundreds to thousands".
